Lara Gobec (2001, Celje) is a poet, performer, and critic. She has collaborated with the SNG Drama Theater, appearing in the 2017 theatrical performance Sanjati? (directed by Žiga Divjak), and in 2019, her play was staged as part of the staged reading Intima (directed by Luka Marcen). In 2020, she was a finalist in the Mala Veronika competition and received the Župančičeva frulica poetry award that same year. Her poems have been published on www.ludliteratura.si, in the magazines Novi zvon, Poetikon, and Spirala, and in the anthology of young Celje poetry In zemlja je vibrirala kakor živo telo. She is currently studying law and comparative literature in Ljubljana. In 2024, her debut poetry collection, Rebraste žaluzije, was published by LUD Šerpa.
