Petra Kolmančič (Slovenia), born in 1974. She has published five books of poetry: Luknja (1994), Šus v glavo (1996), Slina (1998), Uvod v poželenje (2004) and P(l)ast za p(l)astjo (2014). Her poetry has been translated into German, English, Croatian, Bosnian and Hungarian. Her poems have been included in numerous anthologies. In 2014 she won the Veronika award for her poetry collection P(l)ast za p(l)astjo. She lives in Maribor and works in Youth Cutural Centre Maribor as programme coordinator involved in many literature and poetry related activities. She is the author of multimedia projects and performances in which poetry connects with other media (video, computer art, computer graphics, music, comics, dance).
