Blaž Božič, born in Ljubljana in 1991, is an MA student of Ancient Greek and Comparative Indo-European Linguistics at the University of Ljubljana. He has published two books of poetry: Potem smo si vranice odprli na nežno valujoči livadi (KUD France Prešeren, 2013) and K območnim poročilom (Center za slovensko književnost, 2016) as well as a chapbook of poetry Grč (KUD Kentaver, 2011). His poetry has been translated into Serbian and English. He plays guitar for the band nevem nevem and releases experimental breakcore-spoken word music under the name SsmKOSK.
