Tadeja Petrovčič Jerina, born 26 February 1970 in Ljubljana.
From 1990 to 1998 she studied architecture, French (diploma in 1998) and sociology in Ljubljana.
During her studies she worked for Delo and National Press Agency STA.
Since 1998 she has focused on doing literary and other translations from French, German and English.
From October 1999 to May 2020 she was employed as an editor and responsible for foreign rights at Celjska Mohorjeva družba. Author’s publications in the Mohorje Calendar and Zvon magazine.
In 2006 she became member of the Association of Slovenian Literary Translators.
Since January 2021 she is freelancing.
