We named it ELA &#8211; after the writer Ela Peroci, who was born in Roga\u0161ka Slatina.<\/p>\r\n<p>Similarly to how the writer once said, as in &#8220;she doesn&#8217;t write for children, but to children and that&#8217;s how she talks to them&#8221;, the organizers of Pranger try to bring poetry, the common thread of the festival, closer to children in their favourite language, that is play and creativity. One of the opportunities for creative growth and expression are the literary calls, which we send to primary schools every year. Between 2013 and 2015 we also collaborated with secondary schools.
