Goran Potočnik Černe (1972) graduate from philosophy and sociology of culture on Faculty of Art in Ljubljana. He writes reviews of humanistic books, essays, interviews and other publicistic articles. He was editor in chief of Publishing house Tuma between 2001 and 2008. Among other things he initiator and editor of Anthology of Slovenian Poetesses (three volumes) and the monograph The Forgotten Half. The last was published in cooperation with SASA – Slovenian Academy of Sciences and Arts. He was one of the funders of Festival Pranger in 2004. He is its producer now. He founded institute Thoughts in Practice in 2013. He establish the first philosophical consulting office in Slovenia – The Hairdressing of Thoughts within it. He is also artistic active from time to time. In addition, he is a member of Slovenian national Kendo team (Japanese swordsmanship).
